Lafayette, LA – Five members of the Ragin’ Cajuns track and field team are set to head Louisville, Kentucky Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30 to compete in the NCAA Mid East Regionals. The Cajuns will look to compete well enough to qualify for the NCAA Championships June 10-13 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Lafayette - The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Track & Field Team concluded their regular season Thursday, as they competed in the Cole/Lancon Twilight at the Cajuns Track and Field/Soccer Complex. The meet was the Cajuns final tune up before the conference meet in a week and half.
Jonesboro, Ark. – Sophomore Chris Roy (pictured) continued his great indoor season Sunday at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, winning the pole vault with a height of 5.20m and provisionally qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Meet.
All results from the first day of the Sunbelt Tournament held in Jonesboro on the Arkansas State Campus. After the first full day, the women ranked #11, and the men ranked #4.
UL competes against a pool that includes LSU, Tulane, SLU, Arkansas State, USM, McNeese, South Al, Nicholls, Arkansas-PB, Hinds CC, ULM, SW Mississippi, and Mississippi College.
